Amy Sue Kilburg, 37 of Guymon, Oklahoma formerly of Bellevue, passed away suddenly on Tuesday morning, April 12, 2016 at her home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am, Monday, April 18, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Bellevue. Burial will take place in the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in La Motte. Visitation for Amy will be from 2:00 to 6:00pm. Sunday evening at Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bellevue. Visitation will also take place at the funeral home, Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:00am. Amy was born September 10, 1978 in Maquoketa, Iowa, daughter of John & Mary (Tebbe) Kilburg. She graduated from Mount Mercy University in May 2000. She was very active in the Cedar Rapids Jaycees in the 2003-2006 era. Always humble, dependable and willing to serve - Amy epitomized what it meant to be a Jaycee. She was always the life of the party...and could throw a good party, too. In 2011, Amy and Brent relocated to Denver, CO and loved living there. Work took them to Guymon, OK in 2014. Amy leaves behind her son and the light of her life, Teddy (1), as well as her longtime love, Brent Shepherd. She is also survived by her mother, Mary; eight siblings, Sara (Doug), Susie (Curt), Chris, Shelly (Brad), Mike (Jamie), Mandy (Billy), Matt, and AJ (Josh); mother and father in-law, Cathy (Barry) Mathis and Douglas (Lisa) Shepherd; sister in-law, Lerin (Mason) Prince; brother in-law, Dennis (Bridgett) Shepherd and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends.
