Celesta M. Ruff

August 4, 2006 Celesta M. Ruff, 77 of Bellevue, passed away Friday, August 04, 2006 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. Celesta was born August 19th, 1928 in Bellevue, daughter of the late Ignatz and Edith (Mueller) Ruff. She had been employed at Clinton Engines, Gibsons of Bellevue and the Bellevue Pillow Factory and the Eska Company in Dubuque among others places. Celesta enjoyed dancing and social events, gardening and eating out. She had a heart of gold. She is survived by one brother, Lloyd (Lorraine) Ruff, Bellevue; a special friend, Marvin Kieffer, Bellevue and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Arnold, Joe, Art and Remigus and two sisters, Eleanor and Augusta. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrate at 10:30 am Monday, August 7th, 2006 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Bellevue. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 2-5 PM at the Kingery Funeral Home, Bellevue and again on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of procession to church.
