Diane worked at St. Nicholas Preschool and then at Ensign Coil, where she retired after 29 years. Her favorite things in life were family and friends. Over the years Diane enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycling, and bowling. Later in years she enjoyed playing cards, camping and spending as much time as possible with family and friends, especially her grandchildren as she enjoyed attending their many activities. She loved to decorate for every holiday as she enjoyed celebrating with family. Diane was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she was a member of the Rosary Society. Her faith was very important to her as she was always praying for others in their time of need. She also volunteered for the butterfly garden for over 29 years. Those left in her memory include her beloved husband and soul mate Kermit of 47 years, sons Kevin (Michelle), Dan (Tracey), both of Bellevue, and Mike of Cedar Rapids.
