Doris Milder

Doris A. Milder, 70, of Rock Island, IL formerly of Clinton, died Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Heartland Healthcare Center in Moline. Doris was born on November 15, 1936 in Clinton, IA daughter of the late Anton B. and Gladys V. (Williams) Milder Sr. Doris was a waitress. She loved her church, the St. Louis Cardinals and anything yellow. Survivors include one son; Venice Vince C. (Deedee) Vandivier Jr. of Davenport; three grandsons, Thim Vandivier, Chris Vandivier and Travis Vandivier; two great grandsons; two brothers Anton B. (Mona) Milder Jr. of Morrison, IL; and Kenneth (Pat) Milder of Clinton; two sisters; Anna (Curtis) Greenwalt, Bristol, Indiana and Carol (John) Marshall, Springfield, Ohio. Beside her parents; she was preceded in death by one infant son; one brother; one sister and infant twin brothers. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, May 9th, 2007 at The Lemke Funeral Home, South Chapel, 2600 Lincolnway, Clinton, Iowa. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9:30 am until the time of services.
