Florence M. Deppe, 93, of Bellevue, peacefully passed away Friday morning, February 3, 2012, the 70th Anniversary of her marriage. She passed away at Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellevue. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Visitation for Florence will be held from 3:00 7:00 p.m. Monday evening at Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service and again on Tuesday morning after 9:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Florence was born on October 8, 1918 north of Bellevue in the Spruce Creek area the daughter of Frank and Rose (Mueller) Ernst. She married her next door neighbor, Cletus Deppe on February 3, 1942, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, he passed away February 14, 2008. Florence was a quiet gentle women, who enjoyed being a farmers wife. She had pride in helping with chores, raising chickens, selling eggs and taking care of her garden. She also loved to bake, cook and can vegetables. In her later years she enjoyed traveling. Florences generosity was also shown in the many organizations she belonged to. She was a member of St. Josephs Parish, St. Joseph Rosary Society, K of C Auxillary, Jackson County Historical Society, St. Donatus Historical Society and the St. Donatus Luxemburg Heritage Society. Surviving are her two daughters, Sue and Cleta Deppe both of Bellevue; and sister, Lucille Keil, of Bellevue. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Clarence Ernst; Sister, Hilda Bennett; and nephew, Dr Kenneth Keil II.
