Krayton James Huling passed peacefully in the arms of his family on August 4, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque. He was born at 6:25pm and earned his angel wings at 7:54pm the same day. Krayton is the son of Adam and Stephanie (Schroeder) Huling, of Goose Lake, Iowa. Even though Krayton's time on earth was short, the time his family had with him was cherished. They were blessed to hold an angel in their arms and had the courage to allow him to enter the gates of Heaven. A visitation for Krayton will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Friday, August 8 at Faith Lutheran Church in Andover, Iowa. A funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery. Those left to cherish his memory include, his parents, siblings, Kendylle and Hayden. His maternal grandparents, Cindy Eggers and Brenden Eggers; aunt/uncle Allison and Caleb Eggers; paternal grandparents, John & Colleen Huling; uncle/aunt, Nick & Ally Huling; maternal great grandparents, Gerry Schroeder, and Darryl Butch & Carolyn Eggers; paternal great grandmother, Jeanne Johnson; along with many great aunts, great uncles, and cousins. He is being greeted in heaven by his great grandparents, Janet 'Muffin' Schroeder, Donald Johnson,William & Juanita Huling and great aunt and great uncles: Elaine Johnson, Al Huling, Dave 'Wahoo' Daniels, and Glen Daniels. The family would like to thank the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation, who provided a volunteer photographer to record his short time with us, Amanda Feeler for her photography services, Key West Ambulance Service, and the loving staff at Mercy Hospital, Dubuque.
