Lola Olivia Joens

Lola Olivia Joens, 82, of Clinton, died Tuesday at the Alverno Health Care Facility. Visitation will be Today, from 1-3 PM at Lemke Funeral Homes-South, 2600 Lincolnway. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM following the visitation. Pallbearers will be Jerry Henry, J. Pat Barrett, William Clauson, Ray Thomas, Bruce Kamer, Chris Eichmeier. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lola was born June 2, 1924, in Clinton, to Otto and Nella (Zimmer) Zastrow. She was a 1942 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Ralph Joens he passed away in 1994. Lola was a homemaker. She was a member of the local bowling league. She is survived by her son; Albert (Evelyn) Joens, of Issaquah, WA. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and one brother. Memorials can be made to the Alverno.
