Mark Mottet

Mark Mottet, 45 of Bellevue, died Saturday, February 5, 2011 at his residence in Denver, Colorado. A Memorial Scripture Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 5 at Hachmann Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bellevue, where friends may call between 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. A Private Family Burial will be held at a later date. Mark was born on July 4, 1965 in Bellevue, Iowa, son of Edward and Corinne (Morgan) Mottet. Mark was a quiet and patient man who enjoyed hunting and fishing and anything nature. He moved to Colorado several years ago and took pleasure of time in the mountains. He was a talented carpenter and took on many home remodeling projects. Mark also enjoyed kids, and was good to his many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed. Surviving are his three brothers, Tom (Louann) Mottet, Don (Donna) Mottet, both of Bellevue, and Paul (Diane) Mottet, of Dardenne Praire, MO; two sisters, Marilynn (Bill) Harris, of West Des Moines, and Nancy Brandon, of Bellevue; a brother in-law, Rick Dickerson, of Kansas City, MO; many nieces and nephews; and close friend, Lonnie Roth, of Denver Colorado. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Max; sister, Ann Dickerson; and nephews, Tim and Nathan Mottet.
