Norvil Felderman Bellevue, Ia. Norvil E. Felderman, 85, of Bellevue, passed away on Sunday morning, October 5, 2014 surrounded by family. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am, Wednesday, October 8, in St. Johns Lutheran Church, Bellevue with Pastor Paul Gammelin officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm at Hachmann Funeral Home, Bellevue and Wednesday morning an hour prior to the services at the church. Norvil Felderman, son of Erwin & Hilda (Sanders) Felderman was born on May 9, 1929 in LaMotte. He married Dorothy Henneger on March 27, 1951 at St. John Lutheran in Bellevue. Norvil graduated from Bellevue High School in 1947. He served the United States Army from 1951-1953 during the Korean War. After returning from the service he started a 40 year career at the Savanna Army Depot. Norvil loved basketball, he especially enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeyes. He will be deeply missed by all. Those left to honor his memory include his wife of 63 years, Dorothy, of Bellevue; his children, Jeff (Carol), of Warner Robins, Georgia, Randy (Ruth), of Hazel Green, Alabama, Dennis (Vicky), of Bellevue, Sandra Felderman (Michael), of Buchanan Dam, Texas, and Scott (Jodi), of Lisbon, Iowa; eight grandchildren, Todd, Eric, Trisha (Teitenberg), Troy, Paige, Audrey, Ellie, and Quinn Felderman; four great-great grandchildren Paxton, Ashton and Ava Felderman, and Elise Ann Tritenberg; and a brother Erwin Felderman Jr., of St. Donatus. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Steven; granddaughter, Christy Felderman.
