Steven Lloyd Quick

Steven Lloyd Quick, 53, of Clinton, passed away Monday at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 12:00 PM at Lemke Funeral Homes-South, 2600 Lincolnway. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2007 from 3-7 PM at the Funeral Home. There will also be a two-hour visitation prior to funeral services on Thursday starting at 10:00 AM. Pallbearers will be Ben Quick, Andrew Quick, Dennis Andrews, Dave Liske, Ron Boekeloo, and Alan Featherson. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Steven was born on October 11, 1953, in Clinton, to Milton and Mildred (Meyer) Quick. He was a highschool graduate and also attended college for two years. He married Sue Nelson in Clinton, she later preceded him in death. He then later married Bonnie Tallett in Jan 28, 1984 at Zion Lutheran Church in Clinton, they later divorced. He is survived by his parents; Bill and Millie Quick of Clinton; one son; Dalton Quick of Clinton; one step-daughter; Heather Gripton of Camanche; three step-sons; Christopher Nelson of Clinton; Donald Graham of Clinton; and Christopher Fitzgerald of Clinton; two sisters; Kristina Snyder of Clinton; Kelley Gluesing of Camanche; one brother; Kim (Vicki) Quick of Clinton. He is preceded in death by his first wife; one brother; Scott; his grandparents; and one stepson. Memorials can be made to the family.
